Huons Meditech Expands into the Japanese Market with ‘Dermashine Duo_RF’

Huons Meditech, a medical device company within the Huons Group, is entering the Japanese aesthetics market with its new hybrid aesthetic medical device.

Huons Meditech (CEO Changwoo Ha) announced on the 19th that it signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Nifuji Incorporation of Japan (hereafter Nifuji) at its headquarters in Seongnam on the 18th for its aesthetic medical device, ‘Dermashine Duo_RF,’ in the Japanese market.

Under the agreement, Nifuji will be responsible for the distribution, sales, and marketing of ‘Dermashine Duo_RF’ to plastic surgery clinics, dermatology clinics, major medical institutions, and aesthetic clinics throughout Japan.

‘Dermashine Duo_RF’ is a hybrid device that enables sequential drug injection and radiofrequency (RF) lifting treatments with a single system. The device integrates electrically powered drug injection pump technology of the existing Dermashine product line with a function that delivers low-output RF energy.

‘Dermashine Duo_RF’ is compatible with various needle tip sizes and is optimized for the delivery of polymer-based skin booster products such as polynucleotide (PN), poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), poly-D-lactic acid (PDLA), and polycaprolactone (PCL). In addition, the device incorporates an improved pressure-sensing automatic injection system that helps reduce pain, provides a safer and more comfortable treatment experience, and minimizes drug loss during the injection process.

Nifuji is a Tokyo-based healthcare distribution and importing company with a strong distribution network and marketing expertise in Japan’s aesthetic and medical device sectors. As demand for high-quality K-beauty medical devices continues to grow in Japan, Huons Meditech expects the exclusive distribution agreement to contribute to the revenue growth of both companies.
