Huons Meditech to showcase at Healthcare Trade Fair ‘Hospitalar 2025’ in Brazil

- Expanding to Latin America with ‘ASADAL-M1’ and ‘Dermashine Pro’ -

Huons Group’s medical device subsidiary, Huons Meditech, aims to expand its reach to Latin America while spotlighting its medical devices to Latin American audiences at a premier healthcare event in Brazil.

Huons Meditech (CEO Lee Jin-suk) announced that it had participated in this year’s healthcare trade fair ‘Hospitalar 2025’, held this week from May 20 to 23 (local time) in São Paulo, Brazil.

Hospitalar is the largest business and healthcare event in Latin America. Established as the leading platform for connecting professionals and companies in the healthcare sector, Hospitalar serves as a bridgehead for expanding its reach to Latin America including Brazil.

Huons Meditech showcased extracorporeal shock wave lithotripter (ESWL) ‘ASADAL-M1’ and automatic mesotherapy injector ‘Dermashine Pro’ at the exhibition booth.

Huons Meditech attracted much attention from visitors on ‘ASADAL-M1’. It is an ESWL for fragmentation of urinary tract stones, which received approvals from both FDA and EU (CE marking). In addition, there is less pain and less recovery time required in the procedure using ‘ASADAL-M1’ compared to the other surgical procedures, which allows the patient to return to daily life as soon as possible after the procedure.

The company also received spotlight on ‘Dermashine Pro’ at the exhibition for catering to the needs of the Latin American beauty. ‘Dermashine Pro’ is an aesthetic medical device with a CE marking, which features precise drug infusion function and user-friendly design interface.

At ‘Hospitalar 2025’, Huons Meditech was actively engaged in business meetings with local buyers and distributors, opening up new business opportunities. According to the company official, Huons Meditech has strengthened its presence in Brazil and also Latin America through this event.
