Huons Meditech Wins DermaShine Trademark Case in China

-Court Orders Destruction of Counterfeit Products and Compensation-

Huons Meditech, a medical device company under Huons Group, announced that it has secured a final victory in a trademark infringement lawsuit against a Chinese company that unlawfully used the trademarks of its flagship DermaShine series.

The ruling establishes a legal basis for protecting the DermaShine brand in the Chinese market and helps prevent consumer harm caused by counterfeit products.

Huons Meditech identified that Hebei Future Precision Equipments Co., Ltd. (河北飞嘉精密器械有限公司) had been manufacturing and selling counterfeit products by unlawfully using the registered trademarks “DermaShine” and “DermaShine Max.” In response, the company filed a trademark infringement lawsuit with the People’s Court of Anci District People's Court, Langfang City, Hebei Province, China, on July 1, 2025, seeking an injunction against the infringing activities.

On June 18, 2026, the People’s Court of Anci District People's Court ruled in favor of Huons Meditech. Following the expiration of the statutory one-month appeal period, the judgment became final and legally binding on July 18, 2026.

Under the court’s ruling, the defendant, Hebei Future Precision Equipments Co., Ltd. is required to immediately cease all trademark infringement activities and discontinue the use of any trademarks identical or similar to Huons Meditech’s registered trademarks. The court also ordered the destruction of all infringing products in circulation, as well as related display stands and packaging materials. In addition, all promotional materials containing information related to the infringing products must be destroyed or removed.

The court further ordered the defendant to reimburse Huons Meditech for the reasonable costs incurred in protecting its intellectual property rights within ten days from the effective date of the judgement.

Huons Meditech stated that it is aware of the circulation of numerous counterfeit DermaShine products as well as counterfeit Multi Needle products beyond the defendant involved in this case, and plans to pursue additional legal action against other infringers. Building on this ruling, the company intends to reinforce market order in China by promoting authentic DermaShine products backed by its proprietary technology while further expanding its market presence.
