Huons Meditech Launches ‘Premium 9-Pin Needle 31G’ for Skin Booster Treatments

Huons Meditech, a medical device company under the Huons Group, is strengthening its competitiveness in the skin booster market by introducing a premium needle for enhanced treatment performance.

On the 20th, Huons Meditech (CEO Jinsuk Lee) announced the launch of its new sterile injection needle, the ‘Premium 9-Pin Needle 31G,’ designed to minimize drug leakage and pain during skin booster treatments.

The ‘Premium 9-Pin Needle 31G’ is a single-use, multi-sterile needle exclusively compatible with Huons Meditech’s signature product, the ‘Derma Shine,’ a precision drug delivery device. Derma Shine has achieved cumulative sales of over 20,000 units, leading the targeted drug injection market.

This new needle has been specifically developed for treatments involving skin boosters such as Juvelook, Rejuran, and Olidia. It is optimized for highly viscous ingredients like Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), Poly(D,L-lactic acid), and Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN), ensuring minimal pain and leakage during injection.

Leveraging Huons Meditech’s extensive manufacturing expertise, the ‘Premium 9-Pin Needle 31G’ features a unique design that modifies the bevel length and needle structure. Internal and external tests have confirmed its effectiveness in reducing both leakage and pain. The needle also includes precision markings to control penetration depth accurately, and a protective cap for enhanced safety and convenience for medical professionals.
