Huons Meditech Showcases Innovative Medical Devices at ‘KIMES 2025’

Huons Group’s medical device subsidiary, Huons Meditech, is set to showcase its cutting-edge medical devices at a major international medical industry exhibition.

Huons Meditech Co., Ltd. (CEO Jin suk Lee) announced on the 20th that they will participate in the 2025 Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show (KIMES 2025), which will be held at COEX in Seoul.

Through this participation, Huons Meditech will present a diverse range of medical devices, including extracorporeal shockwave, aesthetic and sterilization/disinfection equipment.

KIMES 2025 is the largest medical equipment and hospital facility exhibition in South Korea, featuring over 1,300 companies from around the world and attracting approximately 80,000 medical professionals. This year’s event will take place from March 20 to 23, serving as a platform for Huons Meditech to showcase its medical technology and expand its global network.

At its exhibition booth, the company will introduce its URO-UEMXD and IMPO88 Plus, both utilizing extracorporeal shockwave technology.

The URO-UEMXD, Korea’s first domestic product to integrate a shockwave head and an ultrasound probe in an inline system, allows for non-invasive diagnosis and treatment of urinary stones using ultrasound imaging. Meanwhile, the IMPO88 Plus, an upgraded model of the IMPO88, is designed to improve erectile dysfunction and alleviate pelvic pain. Clinical trials have demonstrated that the device uniquely reduces inflammation-related cell activity without the need for antibiotics, making it the only product in  South Korea to provide such results. Its user-friendly design and non-invasive treatment approach have gained significant attention in the urology field, and it is expected to attract interest from medical professionals at KIMES 2025.

In the aesthetic sector, Huons Meditech will unveil the DermaShine Duo RF, the latest model in its DermaShine series. This new version enhances the existing precise drug infusion function by incorporating radiofrequency (RF) technology, aligning with global trends. The device is designed to facilitate high-viscosity skin booster injections, attracting interest from dermatology and aesthetic professionals.

During KIMES 2025, Huons Meditech plans to engage in active business meetings with key hospital officials and medical device buyers from both domestic and international markets. Through these efforts, the company aims to strengthen its foothold in the global market.
